About Me
In the early mornings, when the cafes are just opening and the chairs are still being set out onto the pavement, there’s a softness to everything. The sea is calm, the light moves gently across the buildings and the sea ripples gracefully onto the sand.
I started taking my camera with me on those walks, not with a plan, but simply to capture the feeling of those peaceful hours. It was during these moments I truly fell in love with el Médano.
Not just for its dramatic sunsets or the energy of the windsurfers, but for its everyday beauty. Photography became my way of holding onto that feeling.
Over time, friends and neighbours began asking if they could hang these scenes in their homes. They wanted a reminder of the place we are lucky enough to call home, and that’s how the collection began.
Each photograph is taken here, thoughtfully and patiently capturing el Médano as it feels in real life – calm, warm and full of light.
